Front-desk and reception
Codess Cultura works with public and private institutions
from almost 10 years, providing personnel for front-desk
operations and for the management of services in direct
contact with the public (reception), an essential
function today for the security, competence and image
of the institution. The first contact with a public
or private institution, museum or university can influence
permanently the relationship with the customer: it
becomes therefore crucial to develop the initial stage,
facilitating the user’s access.

Reception and support
services
Codess Cultura offers support services in reception
tasks, for example dealing with postal documents and
protocols, collecting the mail from the post office,
sorting and distributing the mail to addressees, registering
all mail sent and received, postage, dispatching of
letters and express delivery of documents and small
parcels.
Guardianship and
night surveillance
Besides these services, the guardianship and surveillance
of buildings, new and old palaces, company offices,
public institutions, etc. and the welcoming and assistance
of customers, is another particularly delicate aspect
of public services, particularly in view of the visitors’
safety and security as well as the conservation of
the cultural heritage.
The personnel’s skills

courses regarding security, first aid and management
of relations with the public.
Codess Cultura can also provide night surveillance
services in museums and exhibition centres, monitoring
correctly fire-prevention and security systems. Particular

Preparation
and equipments
Codess Cultura offers logistic services during events
(exhibitions, conferences, etc.): organisation of
exhibition centres and showrooms, arrangement of fittings
and equipments, transport (by sea and by land) of
materials of any size. The service is performed by
work teams with the appropriate experience and skills
in completing the task promptly.
