Codess Cultura has quite a
complex organisational structure, as a result of the numerous
segments and diverse territorial areas in which it operates.
The Board of Directors
run by the chairman, is made up of five members: each represents
an operating sector in the company. The limited number of
members allows for a more dynamic evaluation when deliberating
on strategic company decisions.
The Marketing and
production department is the central link between
the market, with its demands and opportunities, and the
higher management of the company (the Board of Directors).
The production department, run by the various Area
Managers, identifies the objectives of each of
the business sectors and defines the ideal approach in the
management of technical and human resources, by programming,
organising and controlling the productive assets of the
company.
The Administration
department acts as a support to all financial activities.
In addition to accomplishing administrative tasks, it assists
the marketing department with the financial evaluation of
the marketing objectives, and is in charge of management
control for all financial operations, ensuring correct and
constant procedures during the creation of budgets. The
Personnel office is part of the administration
department, and is in charge of all personnel operations:
control of staff attendance, relations with public institutions
and contact with business consultants regarding salaries
and wages.
The Human resources
and internal training department is in charge of
all job offers and personnel selections, the analysis of
internal training requirements.
The General services
section guarantees the management of secretary
functions, purchases and logistics.
The implementation of the
quality system requires the presence of a Quality
manager, responsible for all quality documents,
correct application of all procedures, quality inspections
and management re-examinations.
The Contracts office
is in charge of all necessary documentation concerning the
company’s participation in competitive tenders, from
the initial retrieval of calls for bids to the final contract
agreement.
In accordance with the law
626/94, Codess Cultura has acknowledged the need for a highly
qualified Safety and Security Manager,
guaranteeing the conformity of all regulations.
The internal Information
Technology system is run by a technician who manages
the company network and is responsible for the internal
training regarding various software applications.
